The Map of My Heart

I know where I came from,
but I don’t know where I’ll end up!
My heart is a mystery—
one moment I’m happy,
one moment I’m sad.
Loved ones I’ve lost;
friends— I have good ones and bad!
Can’t always count on them,
but family, I know I always can.
No matter what they do,
who they are,
I love them the most.
Criticism is there,
say what you want ’cuz I honestly don’t care.
I know what my heart holds:
a mystery untold.
