Action vs. Non-action: A Poem About Buddhism

An action is what a person does.
People make us mad,
But don’t make us do the actions.
People don’t make us do the actions that let our anger out.
We can stop ourselves from having an action that we do.
It’s cause and effect!
Someone says something mean and we have an action.
Get mad at the words that other people say and now you suffer.
Suffer when our actions make us unhappy with our lives.
